摘  要:以漯河某污水处理工程中CASS反应器为研究对象,用镜检观察生物相的变迁规律,研究生物相与运行效果的相关性.结果表明:生物相在调试过程中表现出了一定的变迁规律,先出现鞭毛虫、随后出现游泳性纤毛虫、固着性纤毛虫.纤毛虫是出水水质较好的指示生物.In biological wastewater treatment, correlativity exists between biological status and operation effect. Cyclic Activated Sludge System reactor of some wastewater treatment project at Luohe is taken as research object. The variation rule of biological status is not only observed during engineering adjustment, but also correlativity between biological status and operation effect is discussed. It is proved that biological status presented a certain variation rule: Flagellates appear firstly and then ciliates are observed. Ciliated protozoa is good indicator of effluent quality. Flagellate abundance presents a positive correlation with the removal rate of COD and so does ciliated protozoa while the number of cysts show a negative correlation.
