南水北调后郑州市水资源利用问题及对策

摘　　要：分析了郑州市在南水北调后水资源的利用情况.在水利设施不配套、水污染严重以及水资源管理体制不健全等情况下,提出了随着南水北调工程的实施,要加大水利配套设施建设力度和基础设施的维护,进行开源节流、重视水污染治理、、加强水资源的统一管理等措施,从而实现郑州市水资源的可持续利用.The status of the use of water resource in Zhengzhou City after the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is analysed. The main problems of the water resource include imperfect irrigation works are pointed out, the lack of water resources, water pollution and deficient in the system of management. Proposes the tactics of water resource sustainable utilization following the implementation of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.To enhance water infrastructure construction and maintenance, tap new sources of supply and reduce consumption, strengthen the governance of water pollution and achieve the unified management of water resources comprise the countermeasures.
