摘　　要：北京作为首都在各方面具有特殊优势,但也毫无例外地受到要素资源和发展的限制。扩大开放可以增加北京的发展资源,但如何更好地在资源要素数量不变的情况下将经济结构进行优化选择,通过结构性增长和国际贸易获得可持续发展是更为重要、更有价值的问题。本文认真研究了北京十六个主要产业的综合效率,提出了北京经济结构转换和新发展的战略。As the capital city, Beijing owns quite unique advantages in almost every aspect, while it is also faced with the problem of limited resources. Expansion of openness could bring more resources in the process of development as though, it remains a more valuable issue how to optimize the economic structure with limited resources by means of structural change and international trade to attain sustainable development. By studying the overall efficiency of Beijing＇s 16 main industries, the authors put forward the optimized plan and new strategy for development of the city.
