不同组合快速双抗体夹心ELISA检测囊虫循环抗原的研究

摘　　要：用抗猪囊虫单克隆抗体和其特异性多克隆抗体的４种组合进行快速双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ检测囊虫病人血清中的循环抗原。结果表明，双单抗法的检出率最高（６７．５％），其余依次为多抗－单抗法（５４．１７％）、单抗－多抗法（５０．８３％）和双多抗法（４９．１７％）。它们与包虫、弓形虫病人的交叉反应及正常人的假阳性反应无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但与肝吸虫病人的交叉反应有极显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），以双单抗法最低。提示双单抗法检测囊虫循环抗原的效果优于其它３种双抗体法，有较高的敏感性和特异性。The circulating antigen (CAg)in sera from cysticercosis patients was detected with the rapid sandwich ELISA in four types of combination,The positive rares of the CAg were 67.5%(McAb-McAb method),54.17% (PcAb-McAb method) 50.83%(McAb-PcAb method)and 49.17%(PcAb-PcAb method)in turn. Those in the echinococcosis, toxoplasmosis Patients and healthy persons were not different among the four types of combinations,but those in the hepatic distomiasis patients were obviously different among them, and the McAb-McAb method was the lowest.The results showed that the rapid McAb-McAb sandwich ELISA was superior to the other three in sensitivity and specificity for derecting the CAg in cysticercosis patients.
