摘 要:在分析公交优先通行措施规划方案优化决策过程的基础上,对决策目标进行了探讨,并提出了可量化的决策指标,然后以决策指标为因素集,以被选方案为论域集,利用决策学的知识,在定义理想方案的基础上,计算各被选方案到理想方案的距离,以此为判断依据确定公交优先通行措施最佳规划方案。最后进行了实例应用分析,并获得满意的结果,表明该方法实用可行。On the basis of analyzing bus priority plan scheme decision-making process, decision-making objectives of bus priority plan scheme are studied and a set of decisiowmaking indexes that could he quantified is established.Then,these indexes are seen as a factor set, alternative schemes are seen as a discussion set. Based on the ideal scheme' s definition, the alternative schemes are arranged in simple order according to the distance between each scheme and the ideal scheme, the best scheme is gained by the distance.At last, an application example is shown to prove the efficiency of this method. By the example, it is demonstrated that this method is simple and practical.
