摘　　要：随着高速公路建设的快速发展,高速公路对国家经济社会发挥了日益重要的影响。从宏观层面上采用了定量与定性相结合的方法,对国民经济效益、就业增加等社会效益、综合运输能力提高、交通安全改进效益、土地集约效益、能源及环境效益等方面深入分析了高速公路对社会经济的总体影响,该系统绩效评价将为进一步完善高速公路发展战略和规划提供有力支撑。With the accelerated expressway construction in recent years, expressway has been playing an increasingly important role in national social and economic development. By quantitative and qualitative methodology, a macro level and in-depth analysis of the overall effects is analyzed in many aspects including social and economic benefits, such as increased employment; improvement of integrated transport capacity; progress in traffic safety; intensified use of land resource and benefits in energy and environment.The performance effects evaluation will serve as a strong support for further improvement of expressway development strategy and planning.
