摘　　要：本文对美国在国际货币基金组织中的权力来源进行了全面的总结。IMF的协定体现了自由化原则,确立了美元的中心地位,赋予了美国单边否决权;通过限制条件和联盟机制,美国在IMF的内部决策时能够获得更多的支持;而IMF的行政官员本身或被迫、或自愿地受到美国价值观和政策态度的影响,从而不自觉地加强了美国在IMF中的制度霸权。This essay generalizes the power sources of the United States in the International Monetary Fund(IMF).The Article of Agreement of the IMF embodies the liberal principle,endows the US dollar the core status in the international monetary system as well as permits the unilateral veto right of the United States.Through the conditionality and the coalition system,the United States acquires more support when some principal proposals have been brought forward.In addition,the administrative executives of the IMF,whether voluntarily or being compelled,have been greatly influenced by the values and policy preferences of the United States,which undoubtedly reinforces the institutional hegemony of the United States in the IMF.
