摘　　要：本文对美国进境大豆及其中混杂的豆杆上发现的拟茎点属(Phomopsissp.)进行了形态学和分子生物学鉴定。无论从形态学还是从分子生物学角度都支持将该检测种鉴定为Phomopsislongicolla。该种病原真菌是在大豆上发生的危险性病原真菌,国内过去未见报道。Phomopsis sp. isolated from soybean and soybean stem imported from USA was identified. Both morphological and molecular characteristics supported it＇s identity with Phomopsis longicolla. Phomopsis longicolla has not been reported in China and is a newly imported dangerous fungus of soybean.
