摘  要:目的检测红丝线提取物中大孔树脂残留物的量。方法采用顶空气相色谱法对树脂残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯进行检测。结果各组分在线性范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9981,回收率均在95~105%内,各组分检出量均符合规定。结论该方法简便可行,重现性好,结果可靠。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for detecting benzene series from macro-reticular resin in Peristrophe roxburghiana extraction. METHODS Headspace GC was used to determine the skellysolve B,benzene,methylbenzene,styrene in Peristrophe baphica extraction. RESULTS There was favorable linearity relation between peak area and concentration, r = 0.9981. The recovery rate was 95%-105%,CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate for detection of the residues.
