经皮穿刺腰椎间盘激光气化减压术的疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨经皮穿刺腰椎间盘激光气化减压术的临床应用价值。【方法】使用半导体激光治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者72例，椎间盘突出79个。以脉冲功率15W，作用时间1s，间隔时间1～3s。总能量：1200-1300J（L3～4和L5～S1）和1300～1500J（L4～5）对髓核进行多点气化切割凝固，从而降低椎间盘内的压力。术后随访3个月至1．5年。【结果】本组优良率为76．4％，未发生严重并发症。【结论】经皮穿刺腰椎间盘激光气化减压术是一种安全、简单、有效的治疗椎间盘突出的微创手术方法。[Objective]To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous laser treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. [Methods]Percutaneous laser disc decompression（ PLDD） was performed in 72 cases with 79 lesions of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with semiconductor laser. A following up for 3 months to 1.5 years was conducted. [Results]The total efficiency rate was 76.4 % （55/72）. NO serious complication was found. [Conclusion]PLDD is a simple,effective,and safe interventional method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
