康妇特栓两种方法治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】了解康妇特栓两种不同方法治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病（VVC）的疗效及不良反应。【方法】对2005年1月至2005年10月间来本院门诊就诊的单纯性VVC患者120例，随机分成A、B两组。A组：康妇特栓每晚塞阴道1次，1次1粒，连续6d；B组：康妇特栓每天塞阴道2次，早晚各1次，1次1粒，连续3d。于停药后3～7d及月经干净后3d内进行随访，对两组病人的疗效、不良反应等进行对比分析。【结果】A、B两组治疗VVC的总有效率分别为96．43％及96．23％，痊愈率分别为71．43％及67．92％。两组间疗效及不良反应比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。首次用药至自我感觉症状明显缓解的时间≤2d者B组占77．36％，A组占67．86％，B组起效较A组快，但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。【结论】康妇特栓两种方法治疗VVC疗效及不良反应无差异。康妇特栓是一个安全有效治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的药物。[Objective]To study the curative effect and the adverse effects of the two approaches in the treatment of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis （VVC） by using Kangfute Pessary. [Methods]The 120 out-patients afflicted only with VVC were randomly divided into Group A and B. For Group A： Kangfute Pessary was used once a day, one piece per evening for six consecutive days; for Group B： Kangfute Pessary was used twice a day, one piece each morning and evening, for three consecutive days. Subsequent visits of the patients would be made three to seven days after the end of each treatment and within three days after the end of menstruation, in order to conduct comparative analysis of the two groups in curative effects and adverse effects. [Resuhs]The general effective rates for Group A and Group B were 96.43% and 96.23%, while the rates for successful treatment were 71.43% and 67.92%. As for comparison between the two groups in curative effects and adverse effects, there was no significant statistical difference （ P 〉0.05）. Symptoms markedly relieved rate within two days （≤2 days） after using the drug was 77.36% in Group B, and 67.86% in Group A. Although it seemed to be more effective in Group B （P 〉 0. 05） yet there was no statistical difference. [Conclusion]There is no significant difference in the curative effect and the adverse effects of the two approaches to the treatment of VVC by using Kangfute Pessary, but Group B patients seem to find the treatment more acceptable for it takes less time. Kangfute Pessary is an effective and safe medicine for treating VVC.
