摘　　要：【目的】探讨先天性巨结肠经肛门改良根治术的适应证,手术体位及术后排便功能等。【方法】对临床资料完整的先天性巨结肠患儿30例进行回顾性分析。【结果】本组全部治愈。无死亡病例,术后仅1例早期轻度污粪,1例排便困难。【结论】经肛门改良根治术是治疗先天性巨结肠较好术式之一,值得推广应用。[Objective]To investigate the indication and the effect of trans-anal modified Soave procedure and the patients＇ posture during the operation in the treatment of congenital aganglionic megacolon （Hirschsprung＇s disease, HD）. [Methods]The clinical data of 30 HD cases undergoing the operation were analysed retrospectively. [Results]All the cases were cured and there was no mortality. Of these patients,fecal soiling was observed in one case in the early stage after the operation and difficult fecal discharge in another case. [Conclusion]Trans-anal modified Soave procedure is one of the excellent operations in the treatment of Hirschsprung＇s disease, It is worthy to popularize.
