摘  要:使用ADAMS建立了轮式装载机工作装置的虚拟样机模型。在参数化设计点、确定目标函数、确定约束条件的基础上对虚拟样机进行了优化研究。结果显示,在保证铲斗平移性的前提下,所需的动臂油缸和转斗油缸驱动力显著降低,与传统设计方法相比,提高了设计速度和设计质量,降低了制造成本。这种基于虚拟样机模型的优化方法对于装载机工作装置的优化研究具有普遍的适用性。Using ADAMS, this paper sets up the model of virtual prototype of wheel loaders' working device and on the basis of parameterizing design points, confirming goal function and confirming restraints , it goes on the optimal research to the model of virtual prototype. The result shows that, under the premise of guaranteeing the bucket's translation, the driving force which is needed to drive the lift cylinder and the scoop cylinder is reduced remakably. Compared with traditional optimization methods, it improves further the speed and quality of design as well as reduces the manufacturing cost. This optimization method which based on the model of virtual prototype has general applicability to the optimal research of loaders' working device.
