摘　　要：利用Ｂａｙｌｅｙ原装测试工具对西安市２０６名２～３０月小儿进行测试，并与Ｇｅｓｅｌｌ量表进行比较，认为Ｂａｙｌｅｙ婴幼儿发育量表信度较好（０．８２～０．９９）．与Ｇｅｓｅｌｌ量表相关尚好（０．４４～０．６３），但有些项目尚需做一些修改，以符合本国文化背景。本文为在中国进一步应用Ｂａｙｌｅｙ量表提供了参考。babies of 2～30 months in Xian city were texted in“Bayley Scale of Infant Development”(BSID)and the results;were compared with that in Gesell Scale.The authors think that the confident limit of BSID(0.82～0.99)and interrelation between BSID and Gesell Scale(0.44～0.63)are fairly good.But some items in BSID should be revised to suit Chinese culture background. The paper is a reference for further asing of BSID in China.
