板蓝根提取物中总有机酸和水杨酸含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立板蓝根提取物的质量控制方法。方法:采用酸碱滴定法测定总有机酸含量,并用反相高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根提取物中水杨酸的含量。结果:酸碱滴定法测得总有机酸含量为13.0%,RSD2.0%;HPLC测得提取物中水杨酸的含量为0.22%,RSD1.6%。结论:该方法能有效控制板蓝根提取物的质量。Objective： To develop a quantitative method for determination of the total organic acids and salicyclic acid in the extract of Radix Isatidis. Method： The total organic acids were determined by acid-base titration and the salicylic acid was determined by HPLC. Resuit： It was shown that contents of total organic acids and salicylic acid in the extract of Radix Isatidis were 13.0% and 0.22%, respectively. Conclusion： The method can control the quality of this extract effectively anti accurately.
