中坝鹅掌叶附子中的生物碱研究Ⅱ

摘　　要：目的：对中坝产３种栽培附子之一鹅掌叶附子（Ａｃｏｎｉｔｕｍｃａｒｍｉｃｈａｅｌｉ）中生物碱成分进行分离、鉴定研究。方法：采用了溶媒分离法结合柱层析法、薄层层析法进行成分分离。所获得生物碱再分别采用几种光谱：ＩＲ，￣１ＨＮＭＲ，￣（１３）ＣＮＭＲ和ＭＳ测定其结构。结果与结论：获得１０种生物碱成分，经光谱鉴定其中５种生物碱的结构，证明为ａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ（１）、ｆｕｚｉｌｉｎｅ（２）、ｎｅｏｌｉｎｅ（３）和２种ｖｅａｔｃｈｉｎｅ类Ｃ＿（２０）－二萜生物碱：ｓｏｎｇｏｒａｍｉｎｅ（４）和ｓｏｎｇｏｒｉｎｅ（５）。后二碱为首次于该植物中发现。同时获得２种氮氧化物，经光谱证明可能系二种ｎｅｓａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ氮氧化物。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the alkaloids of Ozhangye Fuzi,one of the three cultispecies of Aconitum carmichaeli,from Zhongba,Sichuan.METHODS:To isolate the alkaloids,the solvent-extraction together with the column,chromatography and thin-layer chromatography methods were used.Several spectral methods such as IR,1H NMR,13C-NMR and MS were used to determine the structure of the isolated alkaloids. RESULTS and CONCLUSION:In ten alkaloids obtained,five were two C20-diterpenoid alkaloids,songoramine(4)and songorine(5)along wiyh three C19-diterpenoid alkaloids,aconitine(1),neoline(3),and fuziline(2)were determined and confirmed.Songoramine has not been reported previously in this plant.
