摘  要:目的:观察氟哌啶醇(Hal)拮抗KCl,组胺和去甲肾上腺素(NA)所致猪冠状动脉螺旋肌条的收缩效应。方法:利用猪冠脉条生物检定,分别加入10-4mol/L和2×10-4mol/LHal于孵育液内,观察对KCl(10~50mmol/L)致猪冠脉条收缩量效曲线的影响。在KCl(20mmol/L),组胺(10-4mol/L)和NA(10-4mol/L)分别致猪冠脉条收缩达最大效应时,加入10-4mol/LHal,观察对其收缩的阻断作用。结果:两种浓度Hal均可使冠脉条收缩曲线压低,并呈量效依赖关系。Hal可以阻断KCl,组胺和NA致冠脉条的收缩。在无钙孵育液内,Hal对KCl的阻断作用消失。多巴胺可使冠脉条呈显量效依赖的舒张。结论:Hal具有扩张冠脉的作用,此作用与多巴胺受体无关,但可能与钙有关。To observe the antagonism of haloperidol(Hal)on contraction of porcine coronary artery strips induced by KCl,histamine and noradrenaline(NA).METHODS :By using bioassay of porcine coronary strips,Hal(10-4 mol/L/and 2×l0-4 mol/L)was added into the bath medium prior to KCl(10~50 mmol/L)administration separately to observe the effect of Hal on dose-response curve of contraction induced by KCl. While contraction maximum effect which was induced by KCl(20 mmol/L),histamine(10-4 mol/L)and NA(10-4 mol/L)respectively,Hal(l0-4 mol/L)was added into medium to observe its block action. RESULTS:Two concentrations of Hal lowered the contraction curve of strips induced by KCl in dose-dependent manner. Hal also blocked the contraction of strips induced by KCl,histamine and NA,In the bath medium without calcium,Hal showed no effect on contraction induced by KCl.Dopamine might dilate the tension of strips.CONCLUSION :Hal inhibited the contraction of coronary artery,and the effect was not related to dopamine,but might involve calcium channel.
