摘　　要：目的：建立快速准确地分析识别血液及胃容物中１２种抗精神药物的方法，供临床中毒病例之用。方法：利用各品种对照品在高效液相色谱柱中的保留时间及在不同检测波长处峰面积比值作为识别信息矢量，建立基础数据库，输入计算机，编制识别软件。采用欧氏距离对未知样品进行判别分析。结果：识别准确率大于９８％。２例临床病例分析识别结果与利用对照品核对结果一致，有力地配合了临床抢救，结论：可达到快速、灵敏、准确的定性目的。可用于胃容物及血液中此类抗精神药物的分析识别。To establish a rapid and accurate method of analyzing and distinguishing twelve antipsychotic drugs in blood and gastric juice. METHOD:By using the retention time of drug standards in the high effective liquid phase chromatographic column and their peak area ratios at two different detective wavelenghths as distingushing information vector,the computer database was set up,and imported into the computer to compile distinguishing softwares,Euclidean distance was used to recognize and analyze unknown samples.RESULTS:The recognizing accuracy was more than 98%. The results obtained by analyzing two clinical cases were consistent with the data of standard samples. This method cooperated strongly with clinical rescue. CONCLUSION:The rapid,sensitive,accurate and qualitative method could be used to analyze the antipsychotic drugs in blood and gastric juice.
