摘　　要：分析了石墨原材料对石墨制合成炉加工质量的影响因素,并结合HC l、盐酸工艺阐述了石墨制合成炉选型、加工、使用及安全、控制等问题。The influential factors of graphite raw material on the processing quality of graphite synthetic furnaces are analyzed. And the problems are related including type selecting, processing, using, safely and controlling of the synthetic furnaces manufactured by graphite by combining with the HCl and hydrochloric acid process.
