复方苦槿霜的皮肤毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价复方苦槿霜局部用药的安全性。方法:皮肤刺激试验:40%、80%复方苦槿霜分别涂于家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤;皮肤过敏试验:40%复方苦槿霜反复接触豚鼠背部皮肤。结果:40%、80%复方苦槿霜外用对动物无局部刺激作用和过敏反应。结论:复方苦槿霜外用是安全的。Objective：To evaluate the safety of CKJC used on local skin by dermatetoxicologie experiment, METHODS：The skin stimulation test ： CKJC in 40% and 80% were used on the wounded and normal skin of rabbits;The skin allergy test： CKJC in 40% was used on the skin of guinea pig repeatedly . Results： The skin stimulation test showed that there was no stimulation to the wotmded and normal skin of rabbits; The skin allergy test showed that no sensitization of contact to the skin of guinea pig was found. Conclusion： It is safety to use CKJC on the local skin. The experiment provides the basis for treating cutaneous fungus with CKJC in clinic.
