中药复方华西Ⅰ号对兔异品系甲状腺移植排斥反应的影响

摘　　要：为寻找可用于抗移植排斥反应的新药，作者对复方华西Ⅰ号中药抗兔甲状腺移植排斥反应的机理进行了研究。实验采用兔甲状腺全切制成的甲低模型，再于预前肌组中移植甲状腺组织。结果发现术后第２１天和２８天，华西Ｉ号组和地塞米松组的Ｔ３、Ｔ４接近，均明显高于对照组，其组织病理改变和功能检查结果相吻合，表明华西Ⅰ号和地塞米松均可对抗甲状腺移植排斥反应，但地塞米松副作用较强；华西Ⅰ号的作用机理具有进一步研究的价值。We studied the anti-rejection effect ofHX-1, a preparation of traditional Chinese herfs, onrabbit thyroid allografts.The transplantations wereperformed on 28 rabbits after total thyroidectomies.The grafting sites were in their pretrachial muscles.These animals were divided into four groups,namely,GroupⅠ:homografts ; Group Ⅱ:allografts withoutmedication; Group Ⅲ:allografts with dexamethason 0.25mg/(kg·d)intramuscularly ,and Group Ⅳ:allografts with HX-Ⅰwater solution, 5g/(kg· d),peros The medication lasted 28 days, Blood sampleswere drawn every week postoperatively. Serum T3 andT4 were tested by RIA. The grafts were removed forhistopathological evaluation on the 28th day postoper-atively. The histopathology of rejection and survivalwere scored and classified.On the 7th and 14th days serum T3 and T4 levelswere almost the same between groups,On the 21stand 28th days,the T3 and T4 levels were higher inGroups Ⅲ and Ⅳ than those in Group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The histopathological findings were: in Group Ⅱ ,da-maged follicles with much lymphocytes infiltration andfibrosis, and 6 cases being rejected ; in Group Ⅲ,twodeaths and three cases with damaged thyroid tissueand much lymphocytes infiltration; in Group Ⅳ,threecases with damaged thyroid tissue and four intactgrafts. Our results indicate that HX-Ⅰ and dexametha-son both can inhibit rejection in thyroid allografts inrabbits,but dexamethason has more side effects HX-Ⅰhas many components and the machanism of its ear-ly anti-rejection effect is worthy of further study.
