会厌在梨状癌窝行梨状窝及喉垂直部分切除术缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨会厌在梨状窝癌行梨状窝及喉垂直部分切除术缺损修复中的应用价值。方法：2000年2月至2004年2月为9例梨状窝癌侵及一侧半喉患者行一侧喉垂直部分切除术．修复健侧甲状软骨板后，下拉旋转会厌以修复半喉缺损。结果：术后10～18 d拔除鼻饲管，饮食无明显呛咳；术后15～25 d均顺利拔除气管套管，呼吸顺畅，其中5例发音清晰，4例声音低沉．嘶哑。结论：用会厌修复梨状窝癌术后喉垂直部分缺损方便、易行、可靠。Objective ： To assess the value of epiglottis in repair of vertical partial laryngectomy for pyriform sinus carcinoma. Method： From February2000 to February 2004, 9 patients with vocal cord paralysis combined with pyriform sinus carcinoma undergoing repair with epiglottis were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The mean resumption of oral intake was 13 days （10 ～ 18 days） after operation without severe aspiration; and the mean decannulation was 19 days （15～ 25 days）. All patients recovered acceptable voice, 5 cases enjoyed satisfactory phonation,but 4 cases showed severe hoarseness. Conclusion： Epiglottis is reliable and convenient in vertical partial laryngeal reconstruction.
