质量管理与保证体系的网络化审核模式研究

摘　　要：为保证质量管理体系的适宜性、符合性与运行的有效性,提出了质量管理与质量保证体系网络化审核的概念,构建了一种质量管理与质量保证体系网络化审核模式,分析了网络化审核模式的过程方法,以及策划、实施、检查和处置策略。在该模式下综合运用网络服务技术、组件技术、音视频网络通讯技术,开发了可视化质量管理与质量保证体系网络化审核系统,实现了通过互联网跨地域、跨行业的质量体系认证审核与监督审核全过程,保障了质量体系的有效运行与持续改进。In order to guarantee adaptability, compliance and run effectiveness of quality management system, the conception and networked auditing mode on quality management and assurance system were presented and constructed, process method and Plan--DO--Check--Action （PDCA） principle on the networked auditing mode were analyzed. Under the mode,Web service technology,component technology and audio--video network correspondence technology were adopted synthetically. A visual networked auditing system on quality management and assurance system was developed, therefore the entire process of authentication and surveillance auditing among different districts and industries by Internet was realized and the run effectiveness and persistent improvement of quality system were ensured.
