摘　　要：使用绿僵菌油剂防治草原蝗虫曾收到很好的防效。实验对绿僵菌油剂助剂中介质油、增活剂、紫外保护剂进行筛选。结果表明,用色拉油与煤油的混合油,作为绿僵菌孢子粉喷洒介质比较理想;增C,50mg/kg为最佳的增活剂及浓度;UV-14∶10为最佳的紫外保护剂和紫外保护剂与孢子粉的配比。用该油剂对蝗虫进行室内生物测定,求得LT50为5.23d。The use of Metarhizium formulation had remarkable effect on the prevention of grasshopper . In the researeh, medium oil, activator as well as UV- protector in additive of Metarhizium formulation were primarily selected. The result showed that the combination of salad oil and kerosene as 1：3 proved to be the ideal insufflation medium oil ; activator C with density 50 mg/kg, was picked out as an appropriate activator; UV - 14 ： 10, was functioned as the most effective UV- protector. On the basis of compatible ratio, the formulation was made by Metarhitium spore powder to determine the indoor bioassay, and it was obtained that LT50 was 5.23 days.
