摘  要:采用HPLC法测定了迷迭香超临界提取物(SFE)中的鼠尾草酸与鼠尾草酚。SFE样品用甲醇超声提取,以C18为固定相,乙腈-水为流动相,在285nm检测波长下,用外标法进行定性定量分析,鼠尾草酸与鼠尾草酚校正曲线的线性范围分别为0.1—50mg/L与0.5—50mg/L,相关系数分别为0.9998与0.9996,检出限分别为0.1和0.8mg/L,平均凹收率分别为98%和95%。本方法快速准确,分离效果好。A method for the determination of carnosic acid and carnosol in supercritical fluid extract (SFE) of Rosemary by HPLC was developed. The SFE sample was extracted with 100 mL of methanol in an ultrasonic bath at room temperature for 30 min. After filtering with the membrane (0.5μm), the liquid was analyzed by HPLC using Nova pak C18 ( 150 mm × 3.9 mm) as the stationary phase and 0.01 mol/mL acetonitrile -water(52 : 48 by volume) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. The detected wavelength was 285 nm. The linear ranges of the calibration curves for carsonic acid and carnosol were 0. 1 - 50 mg/L and 0. 5 - 50 mg/L, respectively, the correlation coefficients were 0. 999 8 and 0. 999 6, respectively, the detection limits were 0. 1 and 0. 8 mg/L, respectively, and the average recoveries were 98% and 95% , respectively.
