摘 要:论述了深孔挤压爆破筑堆工艺中的爆破作用机理,并通过常规爆破矿石的室内高柱浸出和挤压爆破的原地爆破浸出矿石块度分布、各粒级品位、各粒级浸出率的对比分析,从理论到实践上分析了深孔挤压爆破在原地爆破浸出中作用。The mechanism of breaking up ore by deep hole tight-face blasting is discussed. The size distribution of ore, ore grade and leaching rate under the condition of different size fraction are compared between stope leaching test (by deep hole tight face blasting) and column leaching test ( Ф500 mm ×5000 mm, by conventional blasting and mechanical break-up). It is found that the leaching rate by stope leaching test is higher than the leaching rate by column leaching test under the condition of big size fraction. And the effect of deep hole tight-face blasting in stope leaching is analyzed not only theoretically but also practically.
