摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究了钾素营养对不同基因型大豆叶片光合功能的影响。试验结果表明,低钾胁迫导致叶面积减小,叶绿素含量降低,气孔导度降低,胞间CO2浓度升高,蒸腾速率和光合速率下降。但不同基因型间表现出明显差异,低钾不敏感型品种(系)沈农6号和GD1617随着钾浓度的下降,叶面积、叶绿素含量、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和光合速率的变化均不明显,相反,钾敏感型品系铁95068-5、铁95079-2则随着钾浓度的下降,各指标变化明显。Different genotypes soybean were potted up to study the effects of potassium nutrition on the photosynthetic function of leaves. The results showed that the leaf area, chlorophyll contents, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate were all decreased as potassium deficiency, while the intercellular CO2 concentration under potassium deficiency were higher than that in normal condition.With the decreasing of potassium concentration, all the tested physiological parameters of the lines sensitive to potassium deficiency such as Tie95068-5 and Tie95079-2 were changed significantly,while there were not obuious changes to the cultivars (lines) insensitive to potassium deficiency such as Shennong 6 and GD-1617, demonstreting difference in genotyoes.
