摘 要:采用新型GS-MBR对校园污水生物强化除磷效果进行了试验研究。小试装置采用全泥龄操作,正常运行92d。SBR运行条件为厌氧5h,好氧5h,沉淀1h,出水与进水合计1h,进水COD、NH4^+—N、TP和TN分别为202-550mg/L、7.66~16.46mg/L、1.25~3.28mg/L和10.56-38.26mg/L,去除效率平均分别为95,2%、95%、96.4%和50.5%。进水COD/TP=148,出水磷浓度仅为70μg/L。分析表明:进水COD/TP是本装置生物强化除磷的关键因素,在进水COD/TP较高的条件下,无需排泥也能达到强化除磷的目的。此外,膜污染以无机盐为主,酸洗效果优于碱洗。A new gravitational filtration typed sequencing membrane bioreactor process (GS-MBR) was developed and its performance of enhanced biological phosphorus rernoval of the campus wastewater was also studied in this paper. The lab-scale equipment was operated stably for 92 days with no excess waste sludge discharged. When SBR worked in 5 h-anaerobic, 5 h-aerobic, 1 h settling and 1 h drawing off/drawing in, influent COD, NH4^+ -N, TP and TN were 202-550 mg/L, 7.66 16.46 mg/L, 1.25-3.28 mg/L and 10.56-38.26 mg/L, respectively, the averaged removal efficiencies were 95.2%, 95%, 96.4% and 50.5%, respectively. When influent COD/TP was 148, effluent TP was only 70μg/L. The results indicated that the ratio of influent COD/TP was the key factor, this process can also achieve enhanced phosphorus removal with no excess waste sludge discharged under the condition of higher influent COD/TP. In addition, the membrane pollutant mainly was inorganic matter and the cleaning effect of the membrane module with HCl solution was better than that with NaOH.
