摘 要:研制了一种新型旋转式喷头——隙控式全射流喷头,介绍了其结构形式及工作原理。首次对二种PX 10型号的全射流喷头及一种PY 210摇臂式喷头的水力性能进行了对比试验及分析。研究表明:隙控式全射流喷头的流量大于试验用PY 2摇臂式喷头8%左右,射程比摇臂式喷头的射程明显加大,最大增幅达到31%。全射流喷头水量分布均匀性与摇臂式喷头相当,但末端雨滴直径小于摇臂式喷头。由于其独特的射流元件及反向机构,全射流喷头结构简单,性能优良,价格低廉,具有显著的节能效果及良好的市场前景。A new kind of sprinkler-fluidic sprinkler controlled by outlet clearance waw developed,and its structure and working principle were introduced. The hydraulic performances of two kinds of PX10 fluidic sprinklers and a kind of PY210 impact sprinkler were compared and analyzed by test research for the first time. Results show that the flow rate of fluidic sprinkler is about 8% more than that of impact sprinkler tested, while sprinkler pattern radius obviously increases, almost by 31%. The uniformity of water distribution is nearly the same as that of impact sprinkler tested, while end raindrop diameter is smaller. Because of the unique fluidic element and reversing mechanism, the fluidic sprinkler has a simple structure, a perfect hydraulic performance and a low price with obvious power-saving effect and favorable market future.
