活性半焦(炭)脱硫性能影响因素的研究

摘　　要：在不同炭化条件(炭化温度、炭化时间)和活化条件(活化温度、活化时间以及水蒸汽流量)下制取活性半焦。用碘吸附值和硫容表征了活性半焦的微孔结构及其脱硫能力,考察了制备条件对活性半焦微孔及其脱硫能力的影响。并探讨了脱硫能力与活性半焦微孔之间的关系。In this article the author discussed the effect of the carbonized time, carbonized temperature, activated temperature, activated time and aqueous vapour discharge on the properties of activated coke. Desulfurization capacity and desulfurization rate of various prepared activated coke were evaluated, the effect of preparation condition on the desulfurization capacity and iodine adsorption ability of activated coke were discussed.
