帕累托原则与高校文献信息资源优化配置

摘　　要：文献信息资源配置一直贯穿于图书馆整个工作过程中。通过对帕累托原则的分析,阐述高校图书馆文献信息资源配置,应用帕累托原则的可行和必要。合理安排经费,做到馆藏实体资源满足读者常用性、保障性要求;网络资源满足读者专业性需求;馆际共建资源满足读者特殊性需求。根据读者使用状况,构建和谐馆藏,以较少的经费投入满足读者最大的需求,力求达到文献信息资源最优化配置。Documentary information resource distribution runs through the whole working process of the library.By analyzing the Pareto＇s Principle,this paper explains documentary information resource distribution of library in colleges and universities has the feasibility and necessity of applying the Pareto＇s Principle.Arrange the expenditure properly,and make sure that the storage of actual resource in the library could meet the readers＇demands in common use and security;network resource could meet the readers＇demands in specialty;the sharing resource among interlibrary could meet the readers＇demands in particular.According to the readers＇using condition,build harmonious storage,trying to meet the readers max demands in less expenditure so as to reach the most optimizing distribution of the decumentray information resources.
