摘  要:随着铜熔炼富氧浓度的提高,其熔炼渣含铜也随之提高。文章研究了还原-硫化-搅拌-提温的火法强化贫化铜渣新工艺,在贫化炉最优结构前提下,将贫化炉炉膛温度升至1 300℃,然后加入一定的黄铁矿和碎煤,采取鼓风搅拌以及澄清等措施,可使渣含铜由1.277%下降至0.466%。渣含铜基本达到了熔炼弃渣的水平。The strengthening depletion of Copper from Copper smelter slag by a new pyro - process was studied, which consists of reduction - sulfuration - stirring - heating. The content of Cu in Copper smelter slag can be reduced from 1.277% to 0.466% in the demand of smelter waste slag when a certain amount of Pyrite and coal was added, and the temperature of the dilution furnace hearth with its optimum structure was kept at 1 300 ℃ ,at the same time the slag was stirred and defecated with air blowing.
