摘　　要：人力资本对农村劳动力获得非农就业的机会、从事非农就业的概率、选择非农职业的能力产生了重要影响。文章分别从人力资本的三个维度———教育、培训、健康,对非农就业的影响进行了观点综述,最后是简要评述。Human capital has an important influence on rural labors' opportunity of acquiring non - farm employment , probability of dealing with non - farm employment, ability of choosing non - farm occupation. The paper, from three dimensions - education, train, health, makes a point of view of the influence of human capital on non - farm employment, at the end of the paper, is a brief review.
