摘　　要：采用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑推理等方法对山东省竞技体育教练员队伍的现状进行分析和研究。研究表明,山东省已经具有一定素质水平的教练员队伍,教练员整体结构日趋合理,但也存在一定的不足之处。根据山东省竞技体育教练员队伍现状,提出发展对策。Thls article analyzes and investigates the present situation of athletic trainers of Shandong province with the means of documentary material, mathematical statistics and logical ratiocination. The research claims that it already has a certain quality trainer troop and the trainers＇ integral structure is becoming more and more rational except some disadvantages. Based on the present situation of athletic sports trainer in Shandong province, it proposed the development countermeasure.
