摘 要:结合经济、社会和心理等因素构建了三重驱动的人际信任机制的模型:有限理性与经济利益驱动下的信任,社会认同驱动下的信任以及自我实现驱动下的信任。通过分析三种驱动因素之间的关系,指出个人总在追寻经济利益、社会认同和自我实现三种目标的共同满足,如果人际信任能够带来合作双方潜在经济利益的提高,或者能够增强社会团体对个人的认同并促进自我价值的实现,信任的格局就越容易形成和维持。By combining economic, social and psychological factors, a three-forces-driven interpersonal trust system is constructed with the trust driven by limited rationality and economic interest, the trust driven by social identification and trust driven by self-fulfillment included. By analyzing relationships among the three driving factors, it is pointed out that human beings are always searching for the common satisfaction of the three goals, namely, economic interests, social identification and self-fulfillment. If the interpersonal trust brings up the increase of potential economic interests, or intensifies the personal identification by the society and impels the realization of self-value, the trust pattern will be easier to be formed and maintained.
