高脂血症患者社区护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区护理干预对成人高脂血症(高胆固醇)患者血脂控制的效果。方法自设调查表,对广州市越秀区东风街、六榕街社区居民中患有高脂血症的患者133例及在我院就诊的高脂血症患者167例进行研究,并且采取社区护理干预。结果300例患者生活方式及遵医行为干预前后有显著性差异(P<0.01),健康知识和自我保健能力明显提高;总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平略有升高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论社区护理干预改善患者的生活方式和遵医行为,使患者从被动的治疗疾病转变为主动的防治疾病;不断提高自我保健能力,促使患者血脂达到控制效果。Objective To discuss the effects of community nursing intervention on lipid control for adult hyperlipidemia （hypercholesterolemia） patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-three hyperlipidemia patients, who were the residents of Dongfeng Street and Liurong Street of Yuexiu District of Guangzhou and 167 patients who were inpatients of Yuexiu Second People＇s Hospital were investigated with self-designed questionnaire and were given community nursing intervention. Results The life style and behaviors of following doctor＇s advice of 300 patients differed significantly before and after the intervention （P〈0.01）. The patients＇ health knowledge and self-protection ability were generally improved. The patients＇ total cholesterol, triglyceride, and LDL cholesterol levels declined significantly （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）, Although the patients＇ HDL cholesterol level rose slightly, tire difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention helps to improve the patients＇ life ways and obedience to doctors＇ instructions. It changes the patients from receiving treatment passively into preventing diseases actively. Besides, community nursing inter vention improves continuously the patients＇ ability of self health care so that their lipid control will be effective.
