护士家访对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护士家访对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将120例慢性精神分裂症患者分为研究组和对照组各60例,研究组患者接受为期2年的护士家访,用阴性症状量表(SANS)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)和Morning Side康复状态量表(MRSS)评价康复效果。结果研究组患者出院后第1、第2年末SANS、SDSS、MRSS量表评分显著低于出院时且明显低于同期对照组,再入院率也明显低于同期对照组。结论护士家访能明显促进慢性精神分裂症患者康复。Objective To explore the influences of nurses＇ home visiting on the home rehabilitation of the chronic schizophrenics. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic schizophrenics were divided into control group and experimental group, with each having 60. Patients in experimental group were applied home visiting and rehabilitation result of all patients in both groups was evaluated by SANS, SDSS and MRSS. Results In the end of first and second year of discharging, the scores of SANS, SDSS and MRSS in experiment group were significantly lower than those at the moment of discharging and those of control group. And the rate of re-admission to the hospital was also lower in experiment group. Conclusion Nurses＇ home visiting can improve the home rehabilitation of the chronic schizophrenics.
