云南亚热带地区战时内科疾病谱调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨未来亚热带地区战时内科疾病的防治方法。方法对战时承担战伤救治任务的6所医疗机构4 857例内科病历资料进行调查及对参加战伤救治的医务人员进行走访。结果野战内科疾病发生的前6位依次为:呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、皮肤病、传染病、泌尿系统疾病、神经精神病。结论野战内科疾病的防治要按不同战役阶段采取对策:战前阶段建立卫生防疫网;作战阶段做好生活保障和防病治病;休整阶段主要是卫生整顿和疾病普查。Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of diseases of internal medicine in sub-tropical area in wartime. Methods Case history data of 4 857 patients with diseases of internal medicine in 6 medical units which undertook the task of rescue in wartime were investigated and medical staffs who involved it were visited. Results The diseases of internal medicine in field war were the follows in turn： diseases of respiratory system, diseases of digestive system, dermatosis, infectious diseases, diseases of urinary system and neurotic diseases. Conclusion The countermeasure should be taken conforming to the phases of military campaigns. In phase before campaigns, health immunization network should be established; during the campaigns, life safeguarding, preventing and treating disease should be performed; during relaxation, the main tasks are hygiene management and disease investigation.
