39例无偿捐献外周造血干细胞供者的护理

摘　　要：总结报道对39例无偿捐献外周血干细胞供者的护理方法:无关供者39名,经检查与患者HLA-A、B、DRB1 3个位点6个等位基因全相合,外周造血干细胞动员后,经肘静脉采集干细胞。造血干细胞采集前后充分讲解相关的移植知识,解除供者及其家属的恐惧紧张心理;采集中严密观察不良反应,本组7例出现明显的口角麻木等枸椽酸盐中毒反应,14例出现疲劳、困倦;采集后做好对供者的健康回访。结果39例供者均接受外周造血干细胞采集,采集效果满意,保证了外周造血干细胞移植的顺利进行。The paper summarized nursing methods of 39 unrelated donors with peripheral blood stem cell donation, Thinty-nme unrelated donors, after HLA-typed, matched 6 loci of HLA-A, B, DRBI with concerned recipients. Their peripheral blood stem cell was harvested by venous after mobilized. Health education about knowledge of collecting stem cell was given to them before and after the harvest as so to relieve the anxiety of donators and their families. The adverse reaction was observed closely during the harvesting. In this group, seven donors showed citrate toxicosis-effect and tiredness as well as fatigue were found in 14. Health follow-up was made for donators after harvest. The results showed that all 39 donators were willing to receive PBSC harvest and satisfactory effect was made which guaranteed the smooth harvest of stem cell.
