摘 要:目的评价生物蛋白胶对屈肌腱吻合术后防止粘连及功能恢复的作用。方法84例屈肌腱吻合术后涂以生物蛋白胶(生物蛋白胶组),80例不辅予任何处理(对照组)。术后随访2~14个月,观察手功能恢复情况。结果生物蛋白胶组和对照组的手功能恢复优良率分别是80.9%,62.5%。[Objective] To evaluate the effects of biocolloid on prenventing adhesion and promoting functional recovery of flexor tendon after tenorrhaphy. [Methods] From July 2003 to July 2005, 164 cases of tenorrhaphy were collected in the study. 84 of the 164 cases were treated with biocolloid (biocolloid group). The other 80 cases were not administered with any drags (control group). All the cases were followed up for 2-14 months after tenorrhaphy and functional recovery degrees of the fingers were compared among the two groups. [Results] The superior rates of functional recovery were 80.9% and 62.5% respectively in biocolloid group and control group. The rate of the biocolloid group were remarkably higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] Biocolloid acts positive effects on preventing flexor tendon adhesion after tenorrhaphy.
