摘　　要：目的省内首创直接依据多平面食管超声心动图测值选择房间隔缺损封堵;探讨MTEE引导封堵房间隔缺损的临床效果。方法10例患者应用MTEE观测ASD大小及与周边组织的关系,准确提供参数,选择封堵器型号;在MTEE实时动态引导下经胸微创封堵ASD。结果10例ASD全部封堵成功,无1例失败;术中,术后1个月内复查,均无并发症发生。结论应用MTEE实时动态全程引导经胸微创封堵是一种治疗ASD的有效新方法。它可提供是否适宜进行ASD封堵的有效依据并实时动态监测指导封堵器的正确放置和评价效果。[Objective] Study of value of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography （MTIE） in the guidance of atrial septal defect occlusion by minimally invasive cardiac surgery. [Methods] 10 patients with ASD were examined by MTIE. Under MTEE guidance, the occluder was released and ASD was successfully closed. [Results] The occlusion was successful in all 10 patients. No Complication was found in 1 month by echocardiography. [Conclusion] MTEE is very important in the guidance of ASD occlusion by minimally invasive cardiac surgery. It is accurate, painless, easily recovering and no X-ray.
