摘 要:压力管系所含缺陷种类较多,具体的失效形式也有其各自的特点,同时受到现有缺陷检测技术、管系结构及实际工况等因素的影响,要从整体上求得其失效概率,采用确定性的方法是比较困难的。为了能够更确切的反映实际工况,就需要采用概率论的方法。考虑到缺陷尺寸、材料断裂韧性等参数的随机性,应用Monte Carlo数值计算方法对所需的评定参数,依据不同的分布类型进行抽样,计算缺陷附近的应力分布。运用修订版的R6作为评定技术路线,确定含缺陷压力管线上每个独立缺陷引起的失效概率,进而计算出整个管系的失效概率。Pressure pipeline contains many kinds of defects and each failure type also has its own characteristics. Limited in defect - inspecting method, pipeline structure and practical working condition, assured method to obtain the failure risk is quite difficult. In order to show practical working condition, it's necessary to adopt probability method. Take parameter's randomieity, such as defect size and fracture roughness into consideration, Monte Carlo numerical method was used to .,rumple necessary parameters according to their distribution characteristic and the stress distribution around the defect was calculated. Based on revised R6, the failure risk caused by each individual defects was got in pipeline containing defects, thus the failure risk of the whole pipeline system was gained.
