英国职业养老金计划的监管探析

摘　　要：英国职业养老金计划类型多样,规模庞大,英国政府在对职业养老金计划监管时设计了比较完善的监管机构、制度和监管项目,采取了有效的监管模式。英国职业养老金计划监管的成功经验和历史教训对中国有很多值得借鉴的地方。The paper first discusses the verious types of occupasional pension in U.K.which has grown into large scale,and then introduces to its supervisory organs,systems and regulations on the pension scheme by the government.It holds that on viewing the fact that China＇s occupational pension systems and regulations are not mauture at the present stage,The successful experience or some failures in the occupasional pension schemes having been practiced in U.K.can be taken for China＇s referemce.
