摘　　要：提出了铝合金化学发黑工艺,通过前处理、化学镀镍、电镀铜、再化学着黑色,可以获得高附着力、致密均匀的黑色氧化膜。筛选了最佳的工艺参数和工艺流程。该工艺简单,操作方便,具有推广和应用前景。A chemical blackening of aluminium alloys is proposed. A compact and uniform black oxide film with high adhesion can be obtained by pretreatment, electroless nickel plating, copper electroplating and chemical blackening. The optimal formulation and process are sorted out. It is simple and easy to operate. The process has a bright future in popularization and application.
