摘　　要：通过分析异型材截面形状及原材料挤出成型性能,设计了具有一定口模形状及流线形流道的异型材挤出模具,该模具可生产出符合尺寸精度要求的型材。Based on the analysis of the section shape of profile and the extrusion property of raw materials, it designed the proper shape of die and the streamline form of flow-path. This extrusion die can be applied to produce profile, whose dimensional accuracy is coincided with the qualify requirements.
