摘 要:目的研究黄芪注射液对大鼠急性肺损伤时中性粒细胞(PMN)功能的影响。方法将24只健康SD大鼠随机分为急性肺损伤模型组、黄芪高剂量组(0.4mg/100g)、黄芪低剂量组(0.2mg/100g)和空白对照组。用流式细胞仪检测β2整合素(CD18)和选择素L(CD62L)的表达,放免法测定血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)与白细胞介素6(IL6)的生成。结果0.4mg/100g的黄芪注射液能明显抑制CD18的表达,在一定程度上减少CD62L的脱失,减少血清中TNFα、IL6的生成;0.2mg/100g黄芪抑制CD18、CD62L的作用不明显,但是也能抑制血中TNFα、IL6的生成。结论0.4mg/100g黄芪注射液能抑制PMN的粘附功能,减少血清中TNFα、IL6的生成,减轻肺损伤。Objective To explore the effect of astragalus menbranaceus(AM)injection on rat neutronphil function during acute lung injury(ALI). Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into small dose of AM group, large dose of AM group, ALl group and contral group. Expressions of CD18,CD62L were measured by flow cytometry, and levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Large dose of AM can depress CD18 and CD62L up-regulation and inhibit the production of IL-6 and TNF-α in whole blood. Conclusion Large dose of AM can attenuate tissue damage induced by neutronphils by inhibiting the function of neutronphils.
