摘 要:以4种不同基质组合配比,进行营养液和有机生态型无土栽培试验,以土壤栽培为对照(CK),重点研究不同基质栽培对大棚甜椒生长发育、光合生理及生态效应、产量的影响。结果表明:以S3(菇渣+珍珠岩+蛭石)和S4(菇渣+炉渣)复合基质配方具有很好的栽培效应,株高、茎粗分别比S1、CK增加8.67%~16.55%和9.52%~16.40%;单株结果数比CK增加6.09个;S4处理光合速率11:30左右出现最大值,达30.6μmol(/m·2s),比CK处理增加22.22%,可缓和“光合午休”现象,提高光合速率。因此以菇渣、炉渣组合有机生态型无土栽培是理想的栽培方式,具有很好的开发应用前景。Compared with soil culture, the different substrate treatments were applied for solution and ecological sound organic substrate culture. The effect of the different substrates treatments on growth and development and the response of photosynthetic physiology and ecology and sweet pepper yield in plastic house were mainly studied The results showed: the compound substrate of S3 (mushroom waste + pearlite + vermiculite) and S4 (mushroom waste + slag) had beneficial to sweet pepper cultivation. The plant height and stem diameter with S4 were increased by 8.67%-16.55 % and 9.52 %-16.40 %, respectively and the number of fruit per plant with S4 increased 6.09 compared with CK, and S4 had maximum net photosynthetic rate value at about 11:30, reaching 30.6μmol/(m^2·s), increasing by 22.22 % compared with CK and other treated plants that increased 14.57 %, 12.58 % and 6.623 %, respectively. It was ideal cultivated method for ecological organic substrate culture with mushroom waste and slag and could be extended and applied in the future.
