多层次多轮实地群决策法及其应用

摘　　要：基于系统科学理论、共识理论,提出了多层次多轮实地群决策法。该方法主要特点在于应用系统工程方法论思想融合多层次专家、多层次信息反馈、多层次共识方法和多轮实地考察为一体,最后达成决策共识。这对于研究包含大量不确定性、多维化、多目标和多重机构介入的复杂系统具有指导意义。该方法被应用于江西省萍乡市兰坡村“猪-沼-粮”循环经济系统研究中,获得很好效果。The group decision of the more stratifications and the more take turns was posed base on the system science theory and consensus theory. The characteristic of it is fuse of the more stratifications experts, the more stratification feedback information and the more stratification consensus methods. It has the value of direct to the research on the complex system.
