高温氧化抑制剂铜盐的研究

摘　　要：研制ＳＦ和ＳＦ级以上的高档汽油机油，除使用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌（ＺＤＤＰ）外，还要补加助抗氧剂。合成了多种类型的助抗氧剂，并用薄膜氧化试验（ＴＦＯＵＴ）进行评价。含铜助抗氧剂效果最好，以０．３ｗ％用量加入大庆中性油调制的１０Ｗ／３０油中（油内含有７．４ｗ％的复合剂）进行ＭＳ程序ⅡＤ、ⅢＤ、ⅤＤ和Ｌ－３８发动机试验，达到了ＡＰＩＳＦ级油的质量水平。Anti oxidative inhibitors are often used to formulate high quality engine oils such as API SF or even higher grades in addition to the base inhibitor zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP).In this work several anti oxidative inhibitors have been prepared and evaluated by means of thin film oxygen uptake test (TFOUT).Copper salts show good results.The fully formulated oil,with 0 3w % copper salt added in the Daqing neutral base stock (10W/30)(containing 7 4w% package),evaluated by MS sequence ⅡD ⅢD ⅤD and L 38 engine test,meets the API SF quality specification.
