机、电封闭兼用式机械传动试验台控制系统的研制

摘　　要：给出了机、电封闭兼用式传动试验台电气控制的原理及系统构成。该系统由变速驱动控制器、电动机、发电机、逆变器及微机组成。能同时应用于电封闭式传动试验台，该试验台通过微机对系统进行实时监测和转速、扭矩控制，并能模拟试件实际工况进行试验。文中给出了弱磁串调、逆变器控制原理，计算和实验数据及曲线，并分析了逆变效率及解决方案。This paper presented the principle and combinations of the mechanical transimssion test-bed with mechanical closed cycle and electric closed cycle. This system is composed of variable velocity driver, motor, generator, inverter and computer. It can be used both in mechanical closed cycle test-bed and electric ciooed cycle test-bed. The test-bed can keep a realting monitoring over the system and control the rotational speed and torque by computer. It can also simulate the real work condition of the test and to do the test. In this paper,the diminishable magnetization velocity modulation,invertiable control,the test data and curve,and the inverting efficiency as well as control scheme and presented.
